Health Starts With You!In the last 15 years it has come to my attention that people really would prefer to not be sick. Unfortunately, life has gotten so busy that we "don't have enough free time to work on being healthy".
We tend to be creatures of habit and the more that we get into a routine, the less motivated we become to try to change that. Most adults will admit that there are a number of things they can do in their lives to become more healthy. Simple things like exercise, better posture and healthier meals seem like they would be easy to change but for what ever reason, we find comfort in what we are doing. At any given time, approximately 50% of Americans are on a diet. 80% of adults are overweight, obese, or morbidly obese. |
I do have to give people credit in the sense that they are trying. A small portion of the population is quite successful at being fit and healthy and that is awesome. Thank God for that. Now for the rest of the people that seem to be struggling or have already given up, do you feel that God has given up on you? Do you feel that maybe God wants you to be sick, or that maybe God is too busy to care? The answer is no! GOD WANTS YOU TO BE HEALTHY! When you are healthy, you are more productive and able to serve God more. You are able to love more and be more grateful!

Look closer at all the miracles in this world!
Look around you, there are miracles everywhere! I have some amazing friends and after talking to them, I have realized that just about each and every one of them have experienced some form of miracles in their lives. Maybe you can relate, or maybe you can think of some of your own friends that have had miracles happen to them as well.
